1. Introduction

Welcome to Missoula Line Striping (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Missoula Line Striping offers line striping, curb painting, parking lot maintenance, and other related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.  If you accept the terms of this estimate, Missoula Line Striping will perform the services as described in this estimate. If you would like Missoula Line Striping to perform additional work not covered in this estimate, these services will incur additional charges.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Changes in Scope

• Quotes and Estimates: All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. In in the event this account is not paid within 30 days of invoice. Finance charges of 1.75% per month will be added to any unpaid balance. Final pricing may vary due to changes in scope, site conditions, or additional work requested by the client.
• Changes in Scope: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be communicated in writing. Additional fees may apply.

4. Contractors and Subcontractors

• Use of Contractors: Missoula Line Striping may use independent contractors or subcontractors to perform services on behalf of our company. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of these contractors but will take reasonable measures to ensure the quality of work.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Missoula Line Striping harmless from any claims arising out of the actions of contractors or subcontractors working on your property.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
• Late Payments: Payments not received within 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.75% per month. Missoula Line Striping reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid accounts.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate such requests to the best of our ability.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Liability and Limitations

• General Liability: Missoula Line Striping is not liable for damages arising from weather conditions, wear and tear, or other external factors affecting the finished work.
• Damage to Property: We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that may worsen as a result of our work.
• No Warranty: We do not guarantee the performance or lifespan of any materials used, including but not limited to paint, beads, or other products.

8. Use of Website and Digital Communications

• Content: The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Missoula Line Striping and is protected by copyright laws.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Communications: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Missoula Line Striping, including service updates, promotions, and marketing materials.
